As part of our customer service, we have put together the following information to help you with your inquires. If you do not find an answer to a question you have, please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. Online Shopping, Payment & Security
For your convenience we have implemented an online ‘Shopping Cart System’ to process your order efficiently and securely with minimum fuss. Please follow these steps to place an order.
- Browse the ‘Gallery’ section and add the prints you like to your shopping cart by clicking on the ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can make changes to your shopping cart contents (e.g. increase or remove items) at any time by visiting your shopping cart page, which can be accessed by clicking on the 'Edit Cart Contents' link found in the top right-hand corner of the gallery pages.
- When you are finished shopping, click on the ‘Checkout’ button in your shopping cart contents page, or the ‘Checkout’ link found in the top right-hand corner of the gallery pages to start the checkout process. If you are a return customer enter your e-mail and password to sign in. If you're a new customer, please fill in the requested details to create a new account, then click the ‘Continue’ button.
- Next, enter your payment details and any comments you wish to make with regards to your order, then click the ‘Continue’ button. If you have any credit in your Gift Voucher account, you can use it to pay for the items you wish to purchase.
- Now check and confirm that all your order details are correct. If you need to make an adjustment, click on the ‘Edit’ link found next to each entry. When everything is to your satisfaction click on the ‘Submit Order’ button to finish.
We accept payments made by Credit Card - Visa and Master Card only. Australian customers can also pay by Bank Cheque or Money Order made payable to ‘SSS Graphics
Customers who pay by Credit Card, their bank statement will show a debit in Australian dollars processed by ‘Perfect Cookware

For your safety we use ‘Cookies’ to strengthen communication between you and our site to prevent leakage of your private information. During checkout your credit card number is split in two and encrypted for added security.
We know your privacy is important to you and we are committed to protecting your information. All personal information entered during checkout will be used strictly for billing and contact use only. None of the information collected will be sold or passed on to third parties.

Shipping, Packaging, Insurance & Return Policy
As part of our customer loyalty program, we like to encourage our visitors to return and shop at Artizan Gallery on regular basis. For this reason, we are offering FREE shipping and delivery worldwide for all items purchased.
Shipping in Australia We use Australia Post registered parcel service to ship all items nationally. Expected delivery time: 13 business days. All registered parcel items have insurance cover up to $100 included.
Shipping outside Australia We use Australia Post airmail service to ship items internationally. Estimated delivery time: 310 business days. Insurance cover is NOT included.
NOTE: If you require comprehensive insurance cover please read the ‘Shipping Insurance’ section below.
Australia Post strongly recommends that all valuable items are insured to cover against loss, theft or damage during delivery. If you wish to get shipping insurance cover please let us know in the ‘Comments’ box during checkout.
The following are the shipping insurance charges. All prices are in Australian dollars:
Australia Additional insurance cover on registered post articles: $2 per $100, or part thereof, in excess of $100 and up to $5000.
International (were available) The insurance fee is $8.50 for the first $100 or part thereof, plus $3 for every additional $100 or part thereof, up to $5000.
The insurance fee will be calculated and added to your order total. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you prior to processing your order.
Please note, the above prices are guidelines only and may be subject to change at Australia Post's discretion.
Orders paid by Credit Card take about 24 hours to be processed, during business days. Orders paid by Bank Cheque or Money Order will take longer, subject to funds being cleared by the bank.
For protection and safe delivery, all art prints are carefully wrapped in protective paper. For small size prints we use ridged cardboard envelops. For medium & large size prints we use strong cardboard poster tubes. A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once the package has been shipped.
Quality control and customer satisfaction is our number one priority. All our prints are made using high quality material and personally checked and approved by the artist before they are shipped. If an error has occurred, please contact us by e-mail within 7 days of receiving the artwork to arrange a replacement.
If your return is not due to our error, restocking, shipping and handling charges may apply, as well as shipping insurance fees and bank charges if applicable.
All items returned must be in their original condition to qualify for a replacement. Please read the ‘Artwork Handling & After-Care’

Some countries may impose customs clearance duties and taxes on certain shipments when they arrive in the country. Artizan Gallery has no control and can take no responsibility over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. If this concerns you, please contact your local customs authorities for more information.
Customers should be aware that shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities without notification.
Art Prints, Framing & Copyright Information
The art prints we sell on the Artizan Gallery are digitally printed on thick premium quality photo paper, using special UltraChrome K3 inks. The light-fastness rating of these prints are more than 165 years for framed prints under UV protected glass as tested by Wilhelm Imaging Research. This rating is one of the best achievable benchmarks currently available to the art print world. In addition, these brilliant prints have strong saturated colours that are impossible to achieve with normal commercial print processes.
Unlike commercial posters, printed in large quantities on normal paper that fade in a relatively short time (within 2-3 years), these limited edition art prints will last for many generations and will retain and increase in value as time goes by. Such prints are highly favoured by art collectors and museum curators.
By default, all our art prints are ‘High Quality Limited Edition Prints’. We do not mass-produce in commercial quantities. Each print is made on demand specifically to the client’s request, thus limiting the number of prints to the orders we receive.
For practical reasons all our ‘Small Size’ prints are Open Edition. Meaning that they do not have a set limit, however, they are exactly the same quality as their larger counterparts.
All ‘Medium & Large Size’ prints are Numbered Edition. Meaning that they have a capped limit visible at the bottom left corner of the image next to its title. Once this limit is reached there will be no more prints made of that particular artwork size. This will add value to your investment and increase its worth as time goes by.
All art prints are titled and display the artist's name at the bottom of each image. They are personally made by the artist to insure the highest quality.
For your convenience, most prints come in three sizes - Large, Medium & Small. The following table gives you a general idea of the paper size from edge-to-edge. Image size is approximately 15% smaller.

For technical and logistical reasons we do not offer framing services. We believe framing is best done by a framing specialist.
Selecting a frame style is a personal choice. It depends on the subject matter and the decor of the room in which it will be displayed. For best results and the widest selection of frames, we recommend you visit your local professional framing shop.
A cheaper alternative is to buy ready made frames and do it yourself. Just make sure they use acid free material. For valuable framing tips, please read ‘How to Best Frame Your Artwork’

Artizan Gallery Gift Vouchers
Gift Vouchers are purchased just like any other item in our gallery. You can pay for them using our standard payment method. Once your payment has been approved, the purchased value of the Gift Voucher will be credited to your account and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you.
When you have Gift Voucher credit in your account, the amount will show in the ‘My Shopping Cart’ box, situated in the left-hand column of the gallery pages. As well as in your ‘Account Information’ page with a link to the ‘Send Gift Voucher’ page where you can send the Gift Voucher to someone via e-mail.
To send a Gift Voucher you need to go to the ‘Send Gift Voucher’ page. You can find the link to this page in the ‘My Shopping Cart’ Box situated in the left-hand column of the gallery pages or from your ‘Account Information’ page.
Fill in all the required information and click ‘Continue.’ You will be given the opportunity to check and edit the entered information before the e-mail is actually sent.
NOTE: If you wish to give someone the Gift Voucher in person rather than e-mailing it to them, do the following:
Instead of sending the Gift Voucher to someone else, send it to yourself by entering your e-mail address in the recipient’s e-mail address box on the ‘Send Gift Voucher’ Page. When you receive the Gift Voucher e-mail, write down the Gift Voucher code and the Artizan Gallery web site address on a nice card and present it to the recipient.
If you receive a Gift Voucher by e-mail it will contain details of who sent you the Gift Voucher, along with possibly a short message from them. The e-mail will also contain a link to redeem the voucher. You will need to login or create an account before you can redeem the Gift Voucher. There are two ways you can redeem the gift voucher:
1. By visiting the link contained within the e-mail for this express purpose. This will take you to the Artizan Gallery ‘Redeem Voucher’ page. You will then be requested to create an account or login, before the Gift Voucher is validated and placed in your account ready for you to spend it on whatever you want.
2. During the checkout process, on the same page that you select a payment method, you can enter your Gift Voucher code in the redeem box and click the ‘Redeem’ button. Once the Gift Voucher has been redeemed a checkbox will appear with instructions to tick the box if you wish to use your Gift Voucher credit against that purchase.
Please note, Gift Vouchers can not be redeemed for cash.
If you have credit in your Gift Voucher account, you can use this credit to purchase any item from our gallery.
During checkout a checkbox will appear in the Gift Voucher section on the same page that you select a payment method. By ticking this checkbox your Gift Voucher balance will be used against that purchase.
Please note, you will still have to select another payment method if there is not enough credit in your Gift Voucher account to cover the cost of your purchase. If you have more funds in your Gift Voucher account than the total cost of your purchase, the remaining balance will be left in your Gift Voucher account for future use.
As part of our customer loyalty program we offer our clients 10% discount on the total purchase price for each order that contains three items or more. You may chose from any category, size and formate you wish. All items ordered must be delivered to the same address.
The photographs we showcase on the Artizan Gallery are a fraction of the number of images we have in our Photo Library, which is constantly updated and expanded. Most of the photographs we offer are travel and nature related, these include landmarks, cityscapes, landscapes, seascapes, flora and fauna, people, events, places, food, art etc.
The countries we have in our Photo Library are - Australia, Japan, Thailand, Singapore, Israel, Jordan, Armenia, France, Italy, Switzerland and Germany.
If you are a magazine editor, a publisher, a web designer or someone interested in purchasing our images for publication, please contact us with your wish list and we'll be more than happy to help.
Keywords may be separated by AND and/or OR statements for greater control of the search results. For example, Paris AND Eiffel would generate a result set that contains both words. However, for Paris OR Eiffel, the result set returned would contain both or either words.
Exact matches can be searched for by enclosing keywords in double-quotes. For example, “Tour Eiffel” would generate a result set which match the exact string. Brackets can be used for further control on the result set. For example, Paris and (France or Tower or “Tour Eiffel”).
If you like what you see on Artizan Gallery and you want to share it with others, then this feature will let you do so with ease. It's a great tool for sharing gift ideas.
To use this feature, enter the recipient’s e-mail address in the ‘Tell-A-Friend’ box and click the ‘Go’ button. Enter the required information on the next page and click the 'Send' button to send your message.
Joining our e-List is free. By doing so, you will become a honorary member of our gallery and be kept up to date with the latest special offerings.
To join, just simply enter your e-mail address in the box and click the “Go” button. If in the future you decide you no longer wish to stay on the e-List, just send us an e-mail requesting to be removed from the e-List.
